Our song Shades was just selected to be a part of the fifth compilation of the reputable Made In Iceland series released by Iceland Music Export. This latest installment includes new tracks from some of our favorite artists, such as Ólafur Arnalds, Lay Low, and Sykur. The Made In Iceland series is known for introducing a wide range of sounds to new listeners and Icelandic music followers alike.
Iceland Music Export is a leading force behind the exceptional reputation and visibility of Icelandic music in the international sphere. Reception at the Embassy

Last night we attended a reception for Árstíðir at the Icelandic Embassy in Moscow. We met with the ambassador and his co-workers, as well as a variety of journalists and prominent people from the Russian musical landscape. We gave a short speech about the band’s forthcoming tour, as well as an introduction to IMX (Iceland Music Export) which has supported us over the years.
Between drinks and dinner and speeches, we sang a few a cappella numbers and then spent the night mingling pleasantly.
