Colours of Ostrava, day 2

Colours of Ostrava
is the biggest festival in the Czech Republic. It is literally situated in a phenomenal old industrial area that used to produce iron and steel in socialist days; the whole area is a powerful inferno of rusted steel and bricks: like the perfect back-drop for a metal band photo shoot.
Our venue, Gong, is an old titanic gas tank that has been rebuilt into a classy concert hall that holds 1500 people. We worried that we would struggle filling such a large venue, but our fears were allayed when we stepped on stage and were greeted by an enthusiastic audience filling the auditorium.
Thank you Colours of Ostrava for an unforgettable experience, and thanks to all of you who attended the show!

You were amazing! I was very tired the evening you played, and I was falling asleep a little, but you waked me up through beautiful dreams… I would love to see you again in the Czech Republic :) (May be you would like another industrial space – Meetfactory in Prague.)
